USERN panel number 7 was not in need of much social media publicity or online campaign, as the Ozlat hall of TUMS medical school was never seen as crowded before. Professor. Rezaei and his graduation class of 2003, had gathered to dissect opportunities and threats in the face of immigration. Colleagues had delivered in a huge way, sending videos from Long Island to London, and making on time for the event from Tehran Pasteur Institute, Children’s medical center or TUMS dean of education. 

As Ehsan Rezaei stated in his Instagram post two day post event: "It’s like in seventeen years we’ve all turned into full-grown giants!" citing presence of Dr. Amir Ali Sohrabpour TUMS dean of education, Dr. Leila Ghalichi, epidemiologist, Dr. Robabeh Abedini, Dr. Hamed Najafi, Dr. Ladan Teimori, biotechnologist from Pasture Institute, Dr. Sasan Dabiri, Dr. Farsad Nourizadeh, Dr. Majid Sorori, former director of Shriati hospital and last but not least, Long Island member of plastic surgery board, Dr. Kamran Abolmaali. 

Joining the panel via video messages were Dr. Ahmad Sajjadi, MRCP certificate in cognitive neurology from department of neurology at UC Irvine School of medicine, Dr. Soroush Taghi Pour Bazargani from university Of Southern California Norris Cancer Hospital. Dr. Mazdak Momeni board certificate of American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Loma Linda University Cancer center, Dr. Alireza Heshmat Cardiologist at Ontario, California, Dr. Hadi Haerizadeh Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist in Musgrove Park Hospital, UK, and finally Dr. Kourosh Karimi Yarandi Neurosergeon from Sina Hospital, TUMS, Dr. Ramin Zargar, Pediatric Orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Parastoo Rostami, paediatric endocrinologist, and Dr. Hossein Alimadadi pediatric gastroenterologist from Children’s Medical Center, Tehran. 

The panel ended with face-to-face Q&A of medical students, Professor Rezaei and Dr. Abolmaali.
