USERN President Signed Two Memorandums of Agreement with the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) and Panjab University (PU) In His Two Final Days In Chandigarh, Before Leaving the PID Course Operated By GIAN, Feb 18 to 22, With A Hands Full Of Success For USERN
The Course was incepted by the GIAN, the Global Initiative of Academic Networks, in India, and organized by the Panjab University (PU) in Chandigarh, located in the cold northern Indian state of "Punjab". Recognized by its modern architecture which earned a title of World Heritage from UNESCO, Chandigarh hosted 50 delegates to the primary immunodeficiency course run by GIAN in the Sophisticated Analytical Instrumentation Facility (SIAF) of PU for 7 days.
With ten USERN members receiving waivers to the registration fee, and scholars from all over India and Nepal, the course had a unique international vibe and a great opportunity for USERN President to offer his knowledge in PID and passion in science without borders to the delegates. With special thanks to Prof. Surjit Singh, former president of the Indian Society for PID, and Prof. Karamjeet Sing, director of SAIF/CIL department, hosting the event at PU, Professor Rezaei and USERN delegate enjoyed the hospitality and making new academic relations. USERN President arranged to sign first two memorandums of agreements in 2019 with Prof. Jagat Ram, director of PIGMER and Prof. Karamjeet Sing, registrar of PU.
