USERN is going to hold its first Laboratory Techniques School.
As per your repeated requests, we are pleased to inform you that the USERN is going to hold its first Laboratory Techniques School.
Laboratories are roots that provide students to think, clear up, and answer practical questions. As McKeachie (1962) said: “Laboratory teaching assumes that first-hand experience in observation and manipulation of the materials of science is superior to other methods of developing understanding and appreciation. Laboratory training is also frequently used to develop skills necessary for more advanced study or research”.
Therefore, it is fundamental to learn the knowledge of laboratories and acquire the practical skills to deeply feel the science and to become a successful scientist.
This school will help you go through that way. It is going to be held on August 23-30, 2021 (Shahrivar 1-8, 1400). This course includes educational sessions mostly in a hybrid model (virtual and in-person) and hands-on workshops, which are planned in-person with the collaboration of four research centers. Participants will be divided into five groups small groups for hands-on workshops.
The details of the workshops are mentioned below.
