USERN is comprised of well-defined positions which each one of them has its own "Role Profile" that clarifies the outcomes that role holders are going to deliver. It also consists of the competencies, either technical or behavioural, required to perform efficiently in the position. Therefore, USERN manages interpersonal issues and expectations by the virtue of pre-determined role profiles.
According to the Compensation and Benefits Regulation of USERN, each OC member has a personal profile which is developed by his/her performance. We will be able to offer plenty of benefits to OC members based on their profiles. Moreover, official and comprehensive certificate will be given to the role holders.
We are going to welcome the most talented and importantly, dedicated persons in 2017 in several positions.
