Kharkiv Is Now a Synonym for USERN Congress and Festival 2017. Lay-Out of Presidents plans in Ukraine: USERN National Office in Kharkiv, a New MOU with Kiev Academy of Medical Postgraduates, and Kharkiv National Headquarter for USERN Prize 2017.
USERN Offices set a new high in number in Ukraine, Kiev & Kharkiv, as Nima Rezaei USERN president signed the forth MOU with Shupyk national medical academy of postgraduate education, in Kiev. Rector of the academy, Professor Yuri Voronenko, and Rezaei, agreed on the third USERN:Kiev, and forth USERN:Ukraine, alliance.
Back to his trip to Ukraine; the three-day stay of USERN president in Khrakiv, along with two short stay-overs in Kiev, meant a solid start for preparation of USERN Prize 2017. USERN ties with Kharkiv, just alike the number of agreements signed, is getting new wings. After a brief layover in Kiev, Rezaei, entered Kharkiv early morning last Tuesday, with the hectic schedule ahead of him. USERN National Office in Kharkiv, was set, to strengthen the presence of USERN, in the new headquarter of USERN Prize and Congress 2017.
USERN prize poster first landing was in USERN National office, with Anzhella Stashchak, head of the International relations office in Kharkiv national medical university, and Volodymyr Markovsky, vice-rector fro research and education at the academy, and of course USERN President as the chair of the next year’s prize. Thanks to the official announcement, USERN Prize Poster 2017 is now facing up on the walls in Kharkiv medical academy.
Upcoming was the official meeting with academy official, vice-rector fro research and education taking in charge for the rector, Prof. Vladimir N. Lesovoy, head of the international office, and of course, representative for the Young Scientists Council of Kharkiv. USERN and USERN Prize host for 2017, had to discuss the nuts and bolts of an executive plan over the next 11 months prior to the festival. The number of local applicants and a congress hall for the lectures, festival and possible pre-congress and congress performances. ''We will be going through the decision points to manage invitation and accommodation for special guests including award winners, and speakers for the two-day congress” Markovsky, executive manager for the next year’s festival, said adding that members of the Young Scientists Council will also be looking at ten to fifteen scholarships to Ukraine medical canters, for part of a pre-congress programmes for Iranian scholars, at the two-day festival.
Visa issuance, publication and design, and administration works, were the other issues related to the execution of the festival that were discussed. There are exciting opportunities ahead of us to make a stand-out collaboration out of this. I was going to make an action plan, in the morning, It appears to me that we have to start well right now! Markovsky implied.
USERN Prize and Congress 2016, grabbed headlines with the one-of a kind display of art and science in all areas, has left us with expectation of the USERN November event, in 2017 to be just as big. Not to be forgotten that the next years prize and festival is to be held miles far from the USERN humble headquarter in Gharib St, Tehran, The most exciting bit? The pre-congress scientific programs and scholar ships, are going to be as titillating as the congress itself: Science without Borders!
