USERN FNRC Office (FNRC)

The 50th worldwide office of USERN has been established in the Functional Neurosurgery Research Center of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences since December 2020 under the chairmanship of Prof. Alireza Zali. Dr. Saeid Safari and Dr. Meisam Akhlaghdoust are the scientific director and executive director of the USERN office for Functional Neurosurgery Research Center, respectively.

Objective

FNRC has several vibrant and innovative research projects underway in the fields of Neurosurgery, Neurology and Neuroscience, precision medicine, neuromodulation, CNS tumors, movement disorders, epilepsy, and pain disorders, and we also have an interest in spinal cord disorders and psychiatric disorders.
