nationality : Italian.
Interests : I am working in the fields of human microbiome research and computational biology. The Laboratory of Computational Metagenomics I lead at CIBIO comprises 18 researchers and uses experimental meta’omic tools and novel computational approaches to study the diversity of the human microbiome and its role in human diseases and infections. Our projects bring together computer scientists, microbiologists, statisticians, and clinicians.
