Industrial Experiences


·         Managing some SCM/Logistics management related projects in two major Iranian auto manufacturers (i.e. Saipa and Iran-khodro) and more recently in a banking complex,


·         Managing some Business Continuity Management (BCM) related projects in Municipality, Oil refinery and Urban disaster management sectors,


·         Managing several industrial projects in a variety of traditional I.E. fields (more than fifteen projects) like continuous performance improvement by lean management tools, production planning & control, lay-out planning, work study, quality engineering (SPC, DFD, COQ), and performance management,


·         Managing several Energy planning and management related projects in Iranian organizations (e.g., designing and implementing an energy management software along with establishing the Energy Management System based on ISO 50001 international standard in the active Iranian oil refineries, and documenting the energy reference systems for different oil, gas and coal energy careers to provide the required data to run the national-wide energy planning software,


·         Designing and implementing an productivity management software for energy deputy of Iran and designing and implementing a performance management system in Tehran oil refinery).
