Resul YILMAZ

Resul YILMAZ, MD, the Department of Pediatrics Division of Pediatric Critical Care at Selcuk University School of Medicine Dr. Yilmaz received his medical degree from Ankara University School of Medicine in 1998. He studied on Human Physiology at Ankara University School of Medicine . He completed his residency in pediatrics at the MoH Ankara Training and Research Hospital (Ankara) between 1999 and 2004. Then, he worked as a pediatrician at the Dogubayazit State Hospital between 2004 and 2007 in Agri. He has worked in Gaziosmanpaşa University between 2007 and 2017 now he is head of pediatric critical care division of department of pediatrics  of Selcuk University . He studied on the project Oxidant injury and Anti-Oxidant Activity in Children With Severe Illness in the Presence and Absence of Severe lung Disease ( Funded by The Scientific & Technological Research Council of Turkey)  as Visiting Scholar in Department of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine, Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh , PA- USA. Dr. Yilmaz is particularly interested in pediatric critical care medicine, nutrition of critically ill children, neurocritical care, pediatric ARDS, obesity and periodic fever syndromes. Dr. Yilmaz has published multiple refereed journal articles.
