Orlando da Costa Gomes

Orlando Gomes is professor of Economics at Lisbon Accounting and Business School of the Lisbon Polytechnic Institute (ISCAL-IPL, Portugal). He holds a PhD in Economics and has published more than 100 scientific papers in international journals in Economics and related areas. Some recent publications can be found in the following journals: Journal of Evolutionary Economics, Journal of Economic Coordination and Interaction, Macroeconomic Dynamics, Nonlinear Dynamics in Psychology

and Life Sciences, Physica A, Economic Modelling, and Metroeconomica.

His research interests cover areas such as macroeconomics, economic growth, economic policy, economic theory, nonlinear dynamics, agent-based modeling, and complexity.
